Guarantee
All items manufactured by AMSTEER SALES LTD are fully covered and insured for the UK and the rest of the World.
All new and reconditioned goods supplied by us are guaranteed against defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship.
The guarantee is limited to the replacement of the faulty part and not extended to cover defects caused by improper fitting, wear and tear or accident or abuse.
Claims for goods damaged in transit or for shortages against invoice must be submitted within seven days of receipt of goods.
Return of Goods

If the product is damaged in transit you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, For any other reason you must notify us within 14 days.
If you have bought a product and wish to return it you must contact us for agreement to return the item. Goods returned without prior notification may not be accepted. You have the right to return any item within seven days of purchase provide you have notified us. The item must be returned in the condition it was received, containing a copy of the original invoice and name and address of the purchaser.
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return your goods, as we are not held liable for items lost in transit to us.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or it is defective we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred, otherwise you will be responsible for those charges incurred in returning the item to us.
If you return a defective item, or have received an incorrect item by mistake, we will either refund or replace within 30 days of receiving the original item back.
Your statutory rights are not effected by the above.
Title of Goods
Until payment has been made in full by the customer we retain the title of all goods supplied by AMSTEER SALES LTD.
